This video will show you a number of the best sites to watch free movies and TV shows on. It will also show you how to download these videos from the internet and how to put them onto your iPod or iTunes in the .mp4 (ipod) video format.
It’s a long video with lots of information so i suggest grabbing a pen and writing it all down.
NOTE:
Watching a .flv video on any computer will be hard. I show you a few ways to download them and get them out of that .flv format. It will be hard at first but when you get the hang of how to search and download the movies, you will be very pleased.
Please do not bombard me with many questions because I will be unable to answer a lot of them. Mostly Windows/PC questions because I am running a Mac.

Hey guys. This video will show you exactly how to download or stream movies, and soem TV shows, right on your iPod Touch 1G & 2G, and iPhone 2G, 3G, & 3GS!
Things needed from Cydia:
Source: http://d.imobilecinema.com/
Packages:
iMobileCinema – to stream
SafariDL Plugin – to download
Bossprefs -to enable all kinds of neat stuff, uncluding the two above
MobileTheatre -to get all the goods!
dTunes -to play the downloaded goods!
0) Make sure you have iMobileCinema and SafariDL enabled in BossPrefs
Note, It’s better to only have 1 on them eabled, so whichever one you plan to use.
1) Go into Mobile Theatre and select Movies or TV Shows.
2) Click on the letter of your choice of movie, or click the show you want.
3) Click on the movie or episode you want.
4a. To stream it directly, click “Watch on MegaVideo”. Then click the “play” button.

4b. To download the movie, enter int he letters in the text box and click Regular Download.
5) When the Plugin appears, click “Download”. Wait for it to say “Download Complete”.
6) Exit out and go into dTunes. Select the video you downloaded ad ENJOY!
