If the videos are on Youtube, use MxTube. It is a free downloader. I think for most other sites you need to use a program to rip it and then sync it to your ipod. References :
if you find this helpful then i would advise downloading and installing youtube downloader it has a powerfull and free video converter cuz even though most of the movies are in mp4 format they sometimes dont play or even go on the ipod.
when you find a movie you like on psp-mafia download it too your desktop and bring youtube downloader up and there is an option that says convert videos. click that.
click browse and find your movie. were it says convert to make it iphone video. and click convert.
there is no status bar but i guarentee that it will take some time but in the end it works great. so just let it run. and fyi you cant close the main youtube downloader window.
