doesnt matter about … doesnt matter about safety, the ps3 CANT get a virus. today viruses are programed for computers only, therefore the virus will have no effect on the ps3. and the length of the movie depends on how long the movie is. most movies are around 700MB so that would take like a couple of hours or so. i just turn off my tv/controllers/and leave the ps3 on for the download. to save energybatteries
