  • What is the purpose of syncing your mp3 player?

Posted by admin on June 4th, 2010 and filed under mp3 player | 1 Comment »

What is the purpose of syncing your mp3 player with your computer and why do some players need to do this? Can I choose NOT to sync my mp3 player and still have it work?

Note: I am in the market to purchase a new player, I will not buy any Apple products, and I don’t want to have to use any Windows Media Center programs to upload music. I want to just drag and drop.

usually it means to add new stuff on to your mp3 player, i had a sandisk mp3 player and i could choose to sync the music onto it with windows media player or i could drag the music from my music folder into my mp3 folder and it would add it.

I believe your DVD player will play DVDs with MP3 files on it.

Let me give you an alternative – I own *three* of these devices:

I use it to transmit my music to an FM station. Your ipod will connect directly to this device. Again, I use it differently. I put all my music on SD cards. That way, I don’t have to have an MP3 player in the car and can still listen to my music.

I want a mp3 player that have basically everything on it. I want to never get bored of it. Is the itouch right for me? I dont know a lot about mp3 players so can you help me? The only one i know of is the itouch which has a ton of features.

archos 5 it can get any flash game on the net that doesn’t use the keyboard. It as 60 to 500 gb. There is a new one out that as the android os. Also think about the n810 because it can do absolutely any flash game on the net because it has a slideout keyboard and can get apps from maemo.org his just plain awesome. All three of the devices meat your criterea but i would go with the n810 because you don’t have to pay apps unlike the ipod touch. Or go with the n900 because that is a phone and has the capabilities.

What is the best UNDERWATER MP3 Player on the market?

Posted by admin on February 28th, 2010 and filed under mp3 player | 2 Comments »

I am looking for an MP3 player that I can use while swimming. I especially enjoy swimming underwater and doing flips while underwater as exercise. I generally workout in depths of up to 16 ft, so I need an MP3 player that can handle such depth or close to it. I also want an MP3 Player that has around 4 GBs and that I can wear either around my head or arm or anywhere else.

    Thanks!

I am considering getting one too! I think it is a great idea, ignore the other persons comment ha.

I have been checking out this website and it has some great underwater mp3 players, as well as cases for your ipod if you already have one. I have an Ipod so all I am getting is a case and the headphones. It’s about time someone invented something like this though. Listening to music while swimming, looks so motivating. Hope this helps!

I need an Mp3 player that has FM radio and recording, video, photo. And around $100.

IPova mp3 players at www.ipova.com. I know a lot of people only buy the name brand MP3 players, but none of them are over $100 and I have received nothing but great comments from the people I have given them to or those who have asked me what my favorite brand of mp3 players. I have had 3 of my friends ask me and two bought an IPova and they have thanked me over and over for giving them the website. Theyare very good and I willnever buy any other brand again.

    mp3 Player?

My current mp3 player has decided to become more and more of a pain.

My brother put a couple songs on it and it won’t let me delete them, when I try to turn the volume up OR down it will only go up unless I turn it off and restart the whole thing, and sometimes the volume will go up all the way on it’s own without me having touched it causing a significant amount of pain.

After putting up with this for several months now I decided to look for a new mp3 and wondered if any of you have any suggestions/comments/feedback.

Well it truly depends on a few different factors:
How much memory do you need?
Will you like to watch movies on it?
    price?
    features?

If you don’t mind a small amount of space(and the large price tag that comes with it) and touchscreens, you could get an Ipod Touch. This is a descent choice especially if you would like a web-browser(warning:flash is not supported).

If you dont mind small amount of space but want something cheaper I would suggest the Creative Zen. It is small, has an amazing sceen, more features than most mp3 players(FM radio, FM radio recorder(you can record songs you are listening to on the radio), voice recorder, etc). It comes at afforable prices and in addition to this has a memory card slot. So if you are one day in need of extra space, just pop in a card.

Now to the players with a lot of storage. I would suggest either the Ipod Classic or the Zune 2(which debuts in November). Both some with 80gigs of storage and are equally priced at $249.99. Between the two I would go with the Zune 2 simply for the fact that it has a bigger sceen, an FM radio, and a marketplace that allows to to pay monthly and download as much as you want,

    Hope this helped.

    Mp3 Player???

I’m looking for a new mp3 player. Can I have some recommendations. My ideal player would have
    -good battery
-very small (I need it for the gym)
-can be used as a flash drive
-I want to be able to read text off it (pdf, word documents)
    -good sound quality
scratch the readable text part. I just want something small that I can wear while running (preferably around my neck) and it should have a lot of battery life (ipods suck in this area)

    Hi

There are a fair few listed here: http://au.shopping.com/xPP-mp3_and_digital_media_players you can check out the features.

I was looking at the iPod Nano, there are some new ones out with a colour screen and you can watch videos on them.
