  • How do you get your mp3 player to recognize music transferred to it from PS3 music files ripped from CDs?

Posted by admin on November 14th, 2010 and filed under mp3 player | 1 Comment »

I add music to my Playstation 3 using my mp3 player and music CDs, but if I try to add music ripped onto my PS3 from CDs on my mp3 player, they get added and take up memory but my mp3 player won’t let me access any of the tracks. Help!!

Why don’t you try plugging your MP3 player into your PC and look for the folder in which your player DOES play music from.

Then look for the folder which the PS3 your songs onto and move the files in here to the folder I described above.

This happens me all the time when I copy music/videos to and from my phone to the PS3.

    Hope that all made sense

How can I play my mp3 player on my car speakers?

I have a Creative Zen mp3 player and my car does not have a cassette player, so a cassette adapter would not work. My car also does not have an audio jack to connect to the headphone jack of my mp3 player. I have also already tried a wireless FM adapter that never worked well. Is there a product, possibly a wired FM adapter, that could play my music?

if you did not like the sound quality of the fm adapter which is understandable i hate those things as well and you do nat have the AUX plug the only thing you can do is get a cheap after-market radio you can get a decent pioneer for under 100$ and the sound quality will be great. just make sure it has the AUX plug in.

What is the best mp3 player for an elderly woman?

My 85 year old grandmother started dialysis a week ago. She says it is the longest two hours. I thought it would be good if she had an mp3 player to listen to music while getting her treatment. The only problem is she has poor eyesight and would need one that is fairly simple to use. Does anyone know of one that has a large screen and buttons?

The easiest one to use that I’ve found doesn’t have a large screen or buttons, but it is so simple you don’t really need to see anything. It’s the Sansa SanDisk and they’re not only very easy to operate, they’re pretty cheap, too. I bought my friend’s Grandfather one when he was bedridden and loaded it with big band music. He just slid it to "on" and let it cycle through. He loved it. They’re also easy to find and Amazon has several different models available. I’ve even seen them at my local Rite Aid. Here’s the link to the Amazon page with various models of Sansa MP3 players on it.

How can I reset my mp3 player to become strictly a hard drive?

Posted by admin on October 31st, 2010 and filed under mp3 player | 1 Comment »

Since I have an iPod Touch now, is there anyway to make my ZEN mp3 player a hard drive? It has 8 gbs in it and I don’t want it to go to waste but all of the settings on it make it very hard to open up the files and my TV does not recognize it. Are there programs or anything that will make my any mp3 players into just a memory space?

    Thank you!

I don’t have a Zen, so wouldn’t exactly know – but you could open it up via My Computer, then delete whatever is in it. Then all the settings should be wiped, as well as all the songs, videos, porn (lol) etc. etc.
And for your iPod, get Solipskier :D

you had better have a look at www.headphoneonsale.co.uk which is a very good headphone shop on line. hope this will help you.

What is the purpose of syncing your mp3 player?

Posted by admin on June 4th, 2010 and filed under mp3 player | 1 Comment »

What is the purpose of syncing your mp3 player with your computer and why do some players need to do this? Can I choose NOT to sync my mp3 player and still have it work?

Note: I am in the market to purchase a new player, I will not buy any Apple products, and I don’t want to have to use any Windows Media Center programs to upload music. I want to just drag and drop.

usually it means to add new stuff on to your mp3 player, i had a sandisk mp3 player and i could choose to sync the music onto it with windows media player or i could drag the music from my music folder into my mp3 folder and it would add it.

I believe your DVD player will play DVDs with MP3 files on it.

Let me give you an alternative – I own *three* of these devices:

I use it to transmit my music to an FM station. Your ipod will connect directly to this device. Again, I use it differently. I put all my music on SD cards. That way, I don’t have to have an MP3 player in the car and can still listen to my music.
